- SES Instructional Assistant--Complete the Classified Job Application and Criminal Background Check. Upon hire, the following will be requested: Federal W4 AND Oregon W4, I-9,and Direct Deposit form (including a voided check or printout from your bank). Per federal I-9 rules, we must also verify a copy of your current driver's license and social security card OR current passport.
- ALL positions are in need of substitutes (custodial, clerical, classroom aides, cafeteria, library media, & busdrivers). Complete the Classified Job Application, Criminal Background Check, Federal W4 AND Oregon W4, I-9,andDirect Deposit form (including a voided check or printout from your bank). Per federal I-9 rules, we mustalso verify a copy of your current driver's license and social security card OR current passport.
- Substitute Teachers Needed - Complete Substitute Teacher Application, Criminal Background Check, Federal W4 AND Oregon W4, I-9 (required back-up documents are driver's license and social security card OR passport), and Direct Deposit form (voided check or print out from bank is required).
- ALL positions require: Complete Coaching Application and Criminal Background Check. Successful candidate will be required to have fingerprints taken and complete additional employment paperwork.
