Dear Stanfield Secondary families, Exciting news! Your student (and you if you like) is invited to join us on a once-in-a-lifetime international travel experience with their peers to Ireland and England in Summer 2023! Educational travel exposes students to new people, places, and cultures which in turn expands their knowledge of the world and their knowledge of themselves. That’s why I’m thrilled to bring this opportunity to your family and our community. This trip will fill up fast. Our meeting will be held on February 22nd at 6:00 PM One parent must be in attendance. This is for High school students only. So that I can alert you of any changes to this meeting, you must register using this link: https://bit.ly/3rlYYg3 Cheers, Mandy Blackburn

As part of the requirement to continue to access federal funds in the American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER), districts must update their Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan every 6 months. Our original plan that was created and adopted in August 2021 can be found on our website here: https://5il.co/x3jm. We have made adjustments based on updated guidance and permanent rules now in place. We are soliciting stakeholder feedback on the draft of the updated plan. The draft can be found at https://5il.co/14i5f. All comments and feedback can be emailed to the Superintendent's office--beth.burton@stanfieldsd.org or by calling (541) 449-8766. Thank you for your continued support and involvement in our district.

Stanfield SD will be starting school on time today, Tuesday, January 4th. A big thank you to the city and county maintenance employees who worked to get the snow and slush off the roads yesterday and last night. Even with improved road conditions, it is important to give yourselves a little extra time to travel safely this morning.
