Stanfield School District

Our district is looking to get started on the creation of our District Equity Committee.  All districts are required to establish a committee that reflects our various student groups and stakeholders.  This committee will work in an advisory capacity to the Stanfield Board of Directors.  This committee is responsible for advising the superintendent and school board about the equity impacts of educational policy decisions.  The other main duty of the DEC is to inform the superintendent and school board and make recommendations for positive outcomes when a situation arises that impacts students.  If you or someone you know is interested in being considered for this committee, more information can be found at: https://5il.co/292qv.  This is a great opportunity to be involved in our schools, influence positive change, and support students across the district.
