Norovirus Prevention

Release Date:
November 29, 2017

Dear Parents/Guardians:

It has come to my attention that there have been a lot of students home sick in the past few weeks. Due to the reported symptoms of some students, there is a possibility that it is the Norovirus that is spreading throughout the school. Although this has not been confirmed, as the Wellness Hub Nurse in your school, I want to take every precautionary step to prevent any further spreading. Please see the attached flyer (PDF) that gives information on how to clean and prevent spreading of the Norovirus. If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact me at 541-969-8922, the local Health Department at 541-278-5432 or call your Primary Care Physician.

Sincerely,
Kristen Van Cleave, RN

Estimados Padres/ Tutores:
