Final Enrollment Report 2014-2015

The school year is drawing to a close.  This will be the final report for the 2014-15 year.  The enrollment has held steady at around 495 total students since the beginning of 2015.  The good news is that the state will fund kindergarten students at a full day rate in the new year instead of a half-day rate that we receive now..

March Superintendent's Report

The Stanfield School District Board of Directors declared a 12 acre parcel of land along Highway 395 as surplus property at the November 2014 board meeting. This declaration allows the school district to offer the land for sale. The school district has owned the property for many years and has no plans for its use or development. If sold, funds from the sale may help the school district to plan a replacement of the 10-year roof on Stanfield Elementary School.  It’s been in use for 14 years. In December, the school district submitted an application to the City of Stanfield to rezone the property as Residential/Multi-Family which was approved on February 3.

For more information about the land, please contact the school district office at (541) 449-8766.
